The Planning Commission Agenda for Monday, January 13, 2014 7 PM lists a Special
Use Site Plan request for Greenfield Parkway Apartments. The site is a 23.49 acre tract located at 301 N. Greenfield Parkway. The plan is for 248 apartments at the intersection of Greenfield and US70. Numbers wise the site is 1.5 miles from Garner Fire Station, 1.1 miles to US40, 1.7 miles to White Oak, 5.4 mile to the Beltline and 10 miles driving to the State Capital down town (just 12 minutes). With the apartments under development now behind Target at White Oak Crossing that would add 500+ apartments in 2014 within 2.7 miles of each other.
