Core Properties have submitted a Conditional Use Site Plan for the northwest corner of White Oak. The section and behind Panera and Sheetz, it is the largest and final section of that corner. All that is known from information posted by the town is that it is for a restaurant. The restaurant must be rather large in size if it will take the remaining 6.61 acres.

A similar plan for a 6,000-square-foot building is in the works for a portion of the largest undeveloped parcel in the quadrant, the 6.61-acre tract to the north of Panera Bread and Sheetz. A mix of uses appear to be in store for the entire parcel.
