They are looking to renovate and new construction. The property is 29 acres and was priced at 8.6 million. The company has been at its current location since 1972 and need more space and parking. They are looking to turn the front 3 acres into buildings along the street.
A new site plan was submitted for the old Lowes (Pro Build) property beside Autozone. The plan keeps the existing buildings and will provide 795 storage units if approved by Garner Town Council.
